1. What the service is

Fomo Trending publishes a real-time list of trending crypto tokens, ranked by market-cap gain since we first observed them, together with alerts in Telegram and a public JSON endpoint. It is an information service. We do not operate an exchange, hold funds, execute trades or provide wallets.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on this site or in the channel is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Crypto assets, and memecoins in particular, are extremely volatile and can go to zero. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Do your own research and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

3. Data sources and accuracy

Trending membership comes from a third-party trading platform; prices, market caps, volumes, liquidity and charts come from DexScreener and other public APIs. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or availability, and we may change ranking rules, thresholds or filters at any time.

4. Third-party links

Links to trading platforms, block explorers, DexScreener, X or Telegram lead to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply. Some links may be affiliate links; this never changes what we list or how we rank it.

5. Advertising

Sponsored placements are labelled as such and are governed by the advertising terms. Paid placements never enter the organic top 15.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it, resell the data as your own, or misrepresent Fomo Trending as the source of trading advice. The JSON endpoint is provided for personal, non-commercial use with attribution unless agreed otherwise.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fomo Trending and its operators are not liable for any loss, including trading losses, lost profits or data loss, arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, the API or the channel. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Privacy

The website sets no tracking cookies and collects no personal data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) are kept for a short time for security and capacity planning. Telegram data is handled by Telegram under its own policy.
