Solana RPCs, explorers and transaction logs report balances in lamports; priority fees are quoted in micro-lamports per compute unit. EVM chains report balances in wei and gas prices in gwei. Token balances on every chain are stored as integers, and the decimals setting says where the decimal point goes: a pump.fun token with 6 decimals stored as 1500000 is 1.5 tokens.
