memecoin token scanner

Paste any token's contract address to see its market data and risk signals in one screen: liquidity against market cap, pair age, buy and sell flow, top-10 holder share, mint and freeze authority on Solana and honeypot flags on EVM chains. It also tells you if the token is on FOMO's Trending list right now.

Works for Solana, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Monad and Robinhood Chain tokens with a DEX pair.

how to use the memecoin token scanner

  1. Paste a contract address, or a DexScreener, pump.fun, GMGN, Birdeye, Photon or FOMO link.
  2. If the same EVM address exists on several chains, pick the chain.
  3. Read the market panel: price, market cap, FDV, liquidity, volume and buy/sell counts from the most liquid pair.
  4. Read the signals panel: each check shows pass, warning or unknown, with the number behind it.
  5. Use the links to trade on FOMO, open the chart, check the explorer or search X.

what each signal means

  • Liquidity depth: pool liquidity as a share of market cap. Under 5% means holders cannot sell much without crashing the price; 10% or more is healthier for a memecoin.
  • Pair age: tokens less than a day old carry the highest risk of a rug pull or a coordinated dump.
  • Buy / sell balance: 40% to 75% buys over 24 hours is normal. Almost only buys can mean bots or a sell restriction; almost only sells means holders are leaving.
  • Mint authority (Solana): if it is still active, the creator can print more tokens and dilute you.
  • Freeze authority (Solana): if it is still active, the creator can freeze your wallet's tokens so you cannot sell.
  • Honeypot check (EVM): GeckoTerminal flags contracts that block or tax selling.
  • Top 10 holders: more than 30% of supply in ten wallets means a few sellers decide the price. Bonding curves and burn addresses can inflate this number.
  • Developer holdings: the deployer wallet's share of supply.

what a scanner cannot see

No scanner proves a token is safe. It cannot see wallets that bought through many fresh addresses (bundles), coordinated insiders, a team that sells slowly, or liquidity that is not locked. Treat a clean scan as "no obvious red flags" and size every memecoin trade as if it could go to zero.

data sources

Market data comes from DexScreener's public API, holder distribution and authority flags from GeckoTerminal, and the Trending status from Fomo Trending's own live list of tokens that entered FOMO's Trending tab. Every request runs from your browser; nothing is stored.

frequently asked questions

How do I check if a memecoin is a rug pull?

Check four things before buying: liquidity of at least 5 to 10% of the market cap, mint and freeze authority revoked (Solana) or no honeypot flag (EVM), no more than about 30% of supply in the top 10 wallets, and a pair older than a few hours. The scanner shows all four for any contract address.

What does freeze authority mean on Solana?

A token with active freeze authority lets its issuer freeze any holder's token account, so the holder can no longer sell or transfer. Almost every legitimate memecoin revokes it at launch; pump.fun tokens are created without it.

Does the scanner work for Robinhood Chain and Monad tokens?

Yes. It covers every chain DexScreener and GeckoTerminal index, including Solana, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Monad and Robinhood Chain.

Is a token safe if the scan is all green?

No. A scan shows what on-chain data can show. Insiders, bundled wallets and slow team selling are invisible to it.
